Job summary

Los Angeles Galaxy seeks a Program Operations Coordinator to support Galaxy Juniors, Skills Training, Grassroots, Camps, and the Galaxy Discovery Program. The role is on-site and serves coaches, players, and families, helping to run organized, engaging experiences across Southern California.

The coordinator aids coach development, program operations, communications, outreach, and opportunities for new programming that expand the Galaxy pathway and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 2-4 years related work experience; coaching/event experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong judgement.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; clear written and verbal communication.
• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of youth soccer in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site execution of youth programs: setup, teardown, and check-in.
• Provide welcoming, professional representation to players and families.
• Support coach development through on-site observations and feedback.
• Assist with program communications, registrations, and materials.
• Coordinate marketing/outreach to increase enrollment and participation.
• Evaluate potential locations for new youth programming and share recommendations.
• Manage equipment, inventory, and procurement with the team.
• Collaborate with Programming team on new ideas and pathway expansion.
