Job summary

LA Galaxy is seeking a hands-on Program Operations Coordinator in Carson, CA to support youth soccer programs and ensure high-quality experiences for players, families, and coaches. The role combines soccer knowledge with strong operational skills to deliver organized, engaging activities on-site.

You will support Galaxy Juniors, Skills Training, Grassroots, Camps, and the Discovery Program while working with staff to drive coach development, program operations, outreach, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in youth programs or event coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site execution of youth programs, including setup, teardown, and equipment management.
• Serve as LA Galaxy representative to players and families, addressing questions and guiding participants.
• Assist coach development through on-site observations and feedback.
• Support registration information and program communications to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to promote youth programming and enrollment.
• Evaluate potential locations for new programs and report recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain program equipment inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with Programming team on new program ideas and growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
