Soccer Shots is seeking an Assistant Regional Director to help manage operations across multiple Florida locations. You will lead coaching teams, support marketing efforts, and drive enrollment growth while ensuring program quality and safety.

This role reports to the Regional Director, requires a high school diploma or better, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a background check. Benefits include 401(k) matching, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth.

• Self-starter with keen attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
• Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background check.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching and staff leadership: cover coaching needs, manage schedule, prepare for seasonal meetings.
• Marketing and communications: seasonal promotions, communicate with parents and accounts.
• Administration: schedule materials to promote the season, maintain equipment and inventory.
• Sales/growth: meet enrollment and revenue goals by adding park and school accounts.
