Responsibilities

• Promotes and incorporates YMCA core values into activities.
• Plans, implements and instructs sport-specific drills to grow skills.
• Facilitates informal games and scrimmages.
• Maintains program area and equipment and assists with setup/breakdown.
• Maintains required program records and engages with members and parents.
• Attends staff meetings and training sessions.
