THE COMPANY:

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activity across the board.

Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 24 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

Requirements

THE POSITION:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! You will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hour up to $45 per hour.

• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Our coaches have a blast, are open-minded, and view coaching as a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to improve by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

THE SCHEDULE:

The majority of classes are held during after-school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have availability during some of the following times:

• Monday-Friday: 3:00-6:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

THE LOCATION:

Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to reach a class location.
