Super Soccer Stars seeks an experienced Coach Development Specialist to lead the coaching development across Long Island and Eastern Queens. You will observe classes, provide feedback, and mentor staff to ensure engaging, age-appropriate sessions.
This role drives program quality, supports recruiting and onboarding, and requires travel to multiple locations. A soccer background, leadership, communication, and passion for youth development are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong soccer understanding through playing, coaching, officiating, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, or leading youth programs preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead soccer-coach development and trainings for new and existing coaches.
- Observe classes, provide constructive feedback (written and verbal).
- Maintain coaching standards across programs and ensure engaging sessions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and staff development.
- Track coach evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Represent Soccer Stars professionally at all locations.
