Job summary

Soccer Stars on Long Island and in Eastern Queens is seeking an experienced Soccer Coach Development Specialist who is passionate about developing coaches and delivering engaging, age-appropriate experiences for young athletes.

You will work with the Coaching Operations Manager to observe classes, provide feedback, mentor staff, and help maintain high coaching standards across all programs while traveling to visit classes, camps, and clinics throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth programs and developing coaching staff.
• Ability to observe sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer coach development, training, and performance evaluation.
• Visit classes and camps to ensure engaging, developmentally appropriate sessions.
• Support scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and coaching records.
• Maintain equipment and logistics across locations.
