Job summary

The Salvation Army's Evangeline's House in Spokane seeks a FT Program Operations Specialist to provide temporary shelter and supervision for youth in emergency placements. You’ll coordinate meals, activities, and daily care, while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years working with youth, plus CPR/First Aid and de-escalation training. On-call shifts and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of successful experience working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly staff meetings & trainings.
• Directly supervise youth in care.
• Document client’s daily activities.
• Communicate program needs & client needs to supervisors.
• Maintain facility security and report concerns.
• Assist with meals and daily activities.
• Follow safety policies and procedures including HIPAA/ WAC.
