The Salvation Army is seeking a Program Coordinator (Scattered Sites) to manage The Way In Youth Shelter sites in the Los Angeles area. You will supervise operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver compassionate, client-centered services to Transitional Aged Youth (18-24).

Responsibilities include coordinating case management, maintaining participant data, and collaborating with vendors, staff, and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience may substitute in some circumstances.
• Experience working with transitional aged youth experiencing homelessness preferred.
• TB clearance prior to employment required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Class C Driver License required; ability to drive and pass MVR.
• Must have personal transportation for local travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide program coordination and case management for transitional-aged youth (18-24).
• Monitor clients to maintain a safe, quiet, welcoming in-home environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and report safety concerns.
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and funders; document activities and outcomes.
• Link participants to supportive services such as mental health and wellbeing providers.
• Ensure data quality in HMIS and paper files; document all services.
