The Salvation Army The Way In Youth Shelter in Hollywood, CA seeks a Program Coordinator (Scattered Sites) to oversee daily operations, case management, and regulatory compliance for Transitional Aged Youth (18–24). You will coordinate with vendors, staff, and the Director to ensure safety, housing readiness, and accurate documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and a valid Class C Driver License.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with one year experience in related field.
• Experience with transitional aged youth preferred.
• TB clearance prior to employment.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Class C Driver License; valid driving record.

• Provide program coordination and individualized case management for TAY (ages 18–24).
• Monitor clients to maintain a safe, confidential environment.
• Coordinate with partners and funders; document activities and outcomes.
• Maintain HMIS and paper files with accurate data and signatures.
