Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking a Youth Services Supervisor to lead a treatment program for youth in day treatment and residential settings. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred Bachelor's degree and experience in youth treatment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to work varied hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading treatment teams in a youth services setting.
• Ability to supervise staff, conduct trainings, and provide guidance.
• Knowledge of safety, crisis management, and CPR/first aid.
