Job summary

The State of Missouri’s Division of Youth Services seeks a Youth Services Supervisor to lead treatment teams and ensure safe, therapeutic environments for youth in day treatment and residential programs.

You will oversee staff, develop treatment plans, and coordinate group activities while maintaining security and responding to emergencies. Requires relevant education and prior youth services experience, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles supervising youth services staff.
• Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans for youth.
• Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures in residential/youth facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Youth Services Workers and treatment teams; oversee service delivery.
• Lead weekly youth group meetings and coordinate treatment activities.
• Ensure safety, conduct, and therapy for youth; intervene during emergencies.
