Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Hamilton County seeks a Supervisor to lead a youth and family services program. This is a full-time position with some evenings and weekends; requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or related field with two years of experience, or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.

A valid driver’s license is required. The role entails weekly staff supervision, performance management, assigning referrals, accompanying staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma with four years of relevant experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current clearances and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews and evaluation of employee performance.
• Assist and manage performance of field staff, including documentation and training as needed.
• Assign referrals in accordance with program standards.
• Accompany field staff to meetings and court hearings as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
• Transport clients utilizing a personal vehicle as necessary.
