Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare seeks a Visit Coaching Specialist in Hamilton County, OH. This full-time, hourly position supports families through service planning, with some evenings and weekend hours.

Candidates must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license to transport clients when needed. You will engage families using evidence-based approaches, coordinate interventions, and work within an ESOP-driven, employee-owned environment that emphasizes KidsFirst and community impact.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement interventions using evidence-based and best practice approaches.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
