Mid-Continent Public Library in Gladstone, MO seeks a Youth Services Associate to deliver excellent customer service at the information desk while engaging youth from school age through teen with programs and outreach.

You will create displays, present programs in the library and at partner schools, coordinate youth activities, and help with materials, technology demonstrations, and curbside services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 2 years relevant experience working with youth preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service in person and over the phone at the information desk.
• Assist customers with library card accounts and payments.
• Deliver materials via curbside service as requested.
• Develop and present youth programs and coordinate with schools and community partners.
• Create displays and maintain library collections.
