Job summary

The Division of Youth Services (CDHS) in Colorado seeks staff for direct care and essential supervision of youth in secure facilities. Positions include front end and back end shifts, with a requirement to work at the assigned location during scheduled times.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; preferred candidates have behavioral health or juvenile justice background and strong de-escalation skills. Travel and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document observations and required information in logs and records systems.
• Maintain organizational accountability and participate in training.
• May work overtime on a rotating basis and travel between assigned locations.
