Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Shift Supervisor for Lake Granbury Youth Services in Granbury, TX. You will oversee daily group living operations, ensuring compliance with ROP policies and state licensing, with direct supervision of at least two full-time employees.

The role requires empathy, patience, and a track record in juvenile services. Candidates must meet state licensing requirements and pass background checks; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience in juvenile treatment or related field preferred.
• Ability to supervise and ensure program compliance with policies and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Group Living operations and supervise at least two full-time staff.
• Ensure programs are implemented per ROP policies and licensing requirements.
• Support youth and staff to maintain a safe, respectful environment.
