Job summary

Lake Granbury Youth Services in Granbury, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the Site Management Team. You will oversee daily Group Living operations, supervise at least two full-time staff, and ensure programs run in line with ROP policies and state licensing.

Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years in juvenile treatment, one year of supervisory experience, and the ability to pass background checks and required trainings.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience, and respectful treatment of others.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Three years of juvenile treatment experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must complete Tech 22 and ROP Essential Subjects Training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Group Living under supervision.
• Direct supervision of a minimum of two full‑time staff.
• Ensure programs comply with ROP policies and licensing requirements.
• Participate in staff training and compliance activities.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment for youth.
