Lake Granbury Youth Services is a private, educational institution dedicated to improving the economic independence and social well-being of disadvantaged and adjudicated youth. LGYS provides male youth ages 11-18 with a comprehensive program of education, counseling, job referrals, residential and community services. This matrix of services is provided by our dedicated staff in a “no fail” atmosphere, which emphasized the worth of each individual.
What you will do:
The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.
