Job summary

Holy Family Institute seeks a Shift Supervisor for the Journey of Hope LTFC program in the Pittsburgh area. The role supports the Program Manager with daily operations, supervises staff, manages schedules, and ensures documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include leading teams, providing guidance, applying behavioral plans, supervising medication administration, coordinating medical care, and participating in ISP planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in human services or related field.
• Ability to pass Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to supervise staff and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports program operations by assisting with evaluation, implementation of needs, monitoring staff schedules, and following daily routines.
• Carries out administrative duties, including observations, forms, reports, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
• Provides leadership and supervision to staff, offering real-time guidance and addressing conflicts with supervisors.
• Assists with staff development through orientation, training, performance monitoring, and ISP planning.
• Ensures safety and compliance by supervising medication administration and crisis management.
• Oversees care of resources and property, maintaining cleanliness and reporting safety concerns.
• Completes required documentation, including incident reports and medical records.
