Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, or an Associate Degree or 60 college credits.
• Must have Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program operations and supervision of LTFC program.
• Manage staff schedules and daily routines.
• Oversee staff development, orientation, training, and evaluations.
• Provide leadership, resolve conflicts, and ensure safety.
• Supervise medication administration and emergency responses.
• Maintain documentation and logs, including incident and medical records.
• Engage youth in activities and uphold confidentiality.
• Complete tasks and reporting as assigned by supervisor.
