Job summary

Racine County in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Manager to oversee the RISE-UP initiative and coordinate services for youth and families. The role includes reviewing social, psychiatric, and medical histories, conducting assessments, and developing safety-focused treatment plans.

You will supervise staff, facilitate group activities, collaborate with Juvenile Court and other agencies, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field required.
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience in a related role preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license for required travel.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze information related to the child’s social, psychiatric, and medical history to understand strengths and limitations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of youth and family needs and resources, prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and court reports in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and revise treatment and service plans based on progress and emerging needs.
• Lead group activities with RISE-UP youth and provide mentorship and role modeling.
• Collaborate with Juvenile Court, legal representatives, and agencies for holistic treatment.
• Coordinate referrals to connect youth with right resources.
• Address immediate crises using appropriate intervention strategies.
• Consult with professionals inside and outside the facility to enhance service delivery.
