Job summary

Workforce Connections, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a WIOA Youth Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Youth Program across Western Wisconsin. You will work with schools, employers, and community partners to deliver youth services, ensure compliance, and drive program success.

The role reports to the Operations Manager, is full-time, includes travel, and offers a benefits package with health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, education, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with case management, employment services, or workforce development preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of WIOA Youth services across Western Wisconsin.
• Provide participant outreach, eligibility, assessment, case management, and planning.
• Build partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate work-based learning and employment/training opportunities.
• Monitor documentation, performance, and service delivery for compliance.
