Job summary

Missouri Division of Youth Services is seeking a Youth Services Specialist to coordinate comprehensive treatment and related services for youth in day treatment and residential programs. You will assess, classify, and coordinate services to meet each youth's needs, building therapeutic rapport with youth and families.

The role requires 1+ year in youth treatment or related certification, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ year youth treatment experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic rapport with youth and family.

• Create integrated, comprehensive treatment plans and review with youth, family, and providers.
• Evaluate youth responsiveness to treatment plans.
• Provide direct services including counseling and crisis intervention.
