Thrive Counseling Center in Oak Park, IL seeks a Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services to lead youth-focused clinical programs and supervise therapists and case managers. You will develop group programs, use outcomes data to improve care, and foster community partnerships while maintaining a small direct caseload.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and the ability to balance program leadership with hands-on therapy (8–10 sessions weekly).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• Licensed or eligible for LCPC/LCSW licensure.
• At least 2–3 years supervising clinical staff.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and families.
• Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 and Rule 140 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand youth and family-focused clinical programs.
• Supervise and mentor therapists and case managers.
• Develop innovative group programming and services.
• Use data and outcomes to improve quality and impact.
• Build strong partnerships within the community.
• Provide direct therapy (8–10 sessions weekly).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
