Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Therapy Program Manager to deliver therapeutic, relational, and developmental services for youth in Flourish programs. You will provide one-on-one support, facilitate therapy, support groups, and help plan life skills programming that supports emotional wellness, healthy relationships, independence, and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical credential required (LCSW or LPC).
• Must pass state and federal background screenings.
• Valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic support and facilitate therapy groups and support groups.
• Organize life skills training and resilience programming for youth.
• Coach staff on trauma-informed care, crisis response, and emotional regulation.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure coordinated support and program planning.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical practice.
