Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Therapy Program Manager in Columbia, MO to provide therapeutic, relational, and developmental services for youth in Flourish programs. You will lead therapy groups, organize life skills programming, and support staff with crisis response and emotional regulation.

You will work with the Executive Director and Housing Program Manager to coordinate care, document progress, and strengthen programming that promotes safety, dignity, belonging, and growth for youth and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LCSW or LPC.
• Experience with at-risk youth, housing instability, or trauma.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic support and facilitate therapy groups.
• Organize life skills programming and resilience-building activities.
• Coach and supervise youth staff on trauma-informed care and crisis response.
• Collaborate with housing and program leadership to coordinate youth services.
