Evolving Solution Services in Georgia is seeking Youth Services Case Managers for a contracted role serving school-aged children and youth. The work includes skill-building, coordination with schools, medical and psychiatric supports, and in-person client engagement during school hours.

Youth Services Case Managers: This is a contract position, which involves working with children and youth providing skill building as well as coordination and linkage to outside supports such as school, medical, and psychiatric supports, etc. The Youth Services Case Managers must be able to work during the school day and willing to meet with clients at school. Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice is preferred. Direct experience can substitute for education on 1:1 year ratio (Bachelor's = 4 years of relevant experience). This position requires in-person contact. Minimum caseload for part-time is 15 clients. Fulltime is 20 to 35 clients.
