The Guidance Center is seeking a Respite Care Worker (PT) to join our interdisciplinary team in Leavenworth, KS. The role focuses on supervising youth in respite services and delivering structured activities that promote safety and positive interaction.

Evenings and one or more weekend days are required. You will work with parents/caregivers and transport clients as needed, while following KDHE standards and TGC policies. The center offers competitive pay and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older with six months experience working with youth.

Mansioni

• Supervise youth attending Respite services.
• Work with youth during structured activities to ensure safety and productivity.
• Support clients and families while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities when needed.

• Document notes and reports as required by TGC.
