Job summary

Aware Inc. is seeking a Service Administrator to provide high-level administrative supervision across programs. You will manage caseloads and billing benchmarks, direct referrals, and train staff on billing within AWARE's EHR system.

Qualifications

• MS/MA degree in a Business or Human Services field, or BA/BS in a related field.
• Requires three years of direct employment experience including staff supervision.
• Thorough administrative understanding of social service/treatment and mental health programs.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative supervision and service leadership to all assigned programs, projects, and staff.
• Assure staff caseload and billing benchmarks are met regularly.
• Oversee case assignments to ensure full capacity utilization by staff.
• Navigate referrals and monitor supportive fiscal documentation (EHR entries).
• Train staff on the billing process and EHR entries.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Medicaid standards and company quality standards.
• Assist in policy development and review for treatment programs.
• Compile and report program outcomes and effectiveness.
• Communicate professionally with community partners and parents.
• Conduct file reviews and direct necessary corrections.
• Network with community agencies to provide services.
• Oversee HR activities including hires, discipline, and appraisals.
• Respond to programmatic crisis needs as they arise.
• Review program forms and procedures like prior authorization.
• Ensure clinical supervision is provided per rules and policy.
• Oversee training needs of program staff and travel as needed.
