Job summary

KidsPeace seeks an Assistant House Manager to support the daily operations of a youth residential program focused on mental health and behavioral challenges. You will assist with staff supervision, documentation, and treatment planning, while aligning with the organization’s Model of Care and Sanctuary principles.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating daily unit operations, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment where youth can grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits with 3 years' work experience with children required, or B.S. in Mental Health/Human Services with 1 year experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete restraints per KidsPeace methodology when ordered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a residential unit under the House Manager.
• Supervise staff, train, and develop performance.
• Monitor documentation and treatment records.
• Coordinate daily operations in line with Model of Care and Sanctuary principles.
• Ensure safety and therapeutic environment.
