Home of the Innocents in Louisville, KY seeks an Assistant Program Manager to lead Youth Support Specialists and ensure a therapeutic, safe living environment for residents. You will guide staff, model interventions, and support treatment planning, with a focus on compassionate care and strong team leadership.

The role requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and the ability to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in a child-caring facility.
• Experience with recovery-based treatment plans and behaviorally oriented programs preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• On-call during emergencies; weekend/holiday flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Youth Support Specialists and ensure safety of residents.
• Provide guidance and leadership to maintain a structured living environment.
• Model therapeutic, supportive intervention strategies.
• Participate in employee performance evaluations.
• Lead shift change meetings and plan ahead.
• Assist in treatment planning to address emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and physical needs.
• Document resident progress and incidents timely and accurately.
• Supervise all SCM incidents with debriefing and coaching.
