Zusammenfassung

Home of the Innocents is seeking a Residential Clinical Treatment Director to lead a team delivering trauma-informed care for youth and families in Louisville, KY. You will guide clinical therapy, supervision, and program integration across Residential Treatment & Emergency Shelter services.

You will supervise therapists, coordinate with leadership, and provide expert consultation on complex cases, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Current independent professional license in Kentucky (LCSW/LPCC/LMF) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years direct-care experience in the human services field.
• Trauma-informed care and recovery-based treatment planning experience.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and knowledge of mandated reporting.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required; driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership for Residential Treatment & Emergency Shelter services.
• Supervise, mentor, train and develop Clinical Therapists and supervise licensure requirements.
• Partner with leadership to integrate clinical practices into daily programming and crisis response.
• Offer consultation on complex cases and effective therapeutic strategies.
• Lead regular case reviews and multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Monitor practices and outcomes to support trauma-informed program improvements.
• Provide assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention and therapy as needed.
• Participate in supervisory on-call rotation and provide clinical emergency support.
