Job summary

Familylinks seeks an Assistant Program Manager in Kentucky to supervise direct care staff and support service delivery in a community residential setting. You will assist the Program Manager, oversee staff and program operations, and act in the manager's absence.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on PYD and trauma-informed care. A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with a minimum of high school diploma/GED combined with commensurate life experience encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with PYD, CHANCE and trauma-informed care; trainings provided within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and acts as a role model for direct care staff and residents.
• Supervises assigned staff within the program.
• Oversees assessments of clients and families to ensure service involvement.
• Monitors service plans addressing all life domains.
• Ensures timely, accurate documentation of all service and staff activities.
• Provides crisis management and responds to emergencies as needed.
