Home of the Innocents is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily nursing operations in an assigned Neighborhood at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center, our pediatric skilled nursing facility. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll supervise and develop direct care staff, provide complex clinical oversight, and partner with the Nurse Manager to drive quality, safety, and a culture of compassionate care for some of Kentucky’s most medically complex children and young adults.
The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical oversight and compassionate leadership of daily Neighborhood operations under the direction of the Nurse Manager. You’ll directly supervise RNs, LPNs, SRNAs, and Resident Care Attendants, guiding care delivery, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring every intervention aligns with each resident’s individualized care plan and physician orders. From complex clinical procedures to staff coaching to quality initiatives, this role keeps the Neighborhood running at its highest level.
Schedule: Full-time, exempt, on-site, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Required 24/7 on-call availability. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
