Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Group Life Counselor I in Seattle for part-time, entry-level work in a residential setting. The role supports patients with treatment, supervision, group facilitation, and daily care under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have a relevant education path and willingness to complete required certifications; a strong emphasis on compassion, integrity, and collaboration is noted.

Qualificações

• Must be of good character and able to meet needs of adolescent and adult populations served.
• Must possess organizational and communication skills.
• Must complete annual clinical competency test.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professional standards and follow agency policies and regulations.
• Assist with treatment planning and group sessions.
• Monitor patients and logs; supervise activities.
• Attend groups and support clients during activities and quiet time.
• Prepare progress reports and court/referral documentation.
