Job summary

CNHC Group Homes in Florida seeks a Residential Supervisor to oversee a safe environment for youth in group care and support for staff. You will supervise direct care staff, monitor wellbeing, and ensure documentation and medication management are accurate and compliant with licensing standards.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating activities, training staff, performing spot checks, and maintaining daily operations across the home.

Qualifications

• Experience with at-risk youth and one year of supervisory experience.
• Two years of college in a social or human service field or a high school diploma with two years’ prior youth experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred is noted but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safety and well-being of youth and staff.
• Supervise direct care staff and provide training and mentoring.
• Maintain documentation including incident reports, progress notes, and medication records.
• Coordinate activities, supervise routine checks, and ensure licensing compliance.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate with Residential Coordinator, and ensure a safe environment.
