AMIkids seeks a Human Service Professional to evaluate, assess and care for youth in Residential Intensive Group Care, coordinating case management and services. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, state agencies and program staff to support youth progress toward Individual Care Plans.

Requirements include a Master's degree in behavioral science and at least three years of relevant experience, with licensure or supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in related field, preferably with youth.
• State license or supervision under a licensed clinical professional is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate youth needs using evidence-based assessments and ensure timely services to meet ICP goals.
• Serve as liaison between parents, Program, and State Agency.
• Schedule transitions and develop Transition Plans before discharge; ensure completion of post assessments and transcripts.
• Meet with Program staff to discuss cases and monitor development.
• Develop and maintain Individual Care Plans (ICP) for each youth.
• Prepare Weekly Summary Notes and ensure progress updates and CPRs are completed.
