AMIkids in Clinton, SC seeks a Human Service Professional to evaluate, assess, and care for youth in Residential Intensive Group Care services and to facilitate the case management process.

Role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral science and at least three years working with youth; licensure or supervision experience preferred. We offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits to full-time team members.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral science required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field, preferably with youth.
• State license or supervision experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate youth needs using evidence-based assessments and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Serve as liaison between parents, Program and State Agency.
• Develop and maintain Individual Care Plans (ICP) for youth.
• Lead weekly summaries and track progress toward ICP goals.
• Schedule counseling sessions and participate in care review meetings.
• Administer and update transition planning prior to release date.
• Attend meetings and youth legal proceedings as required.
