Job summary

Rite of Passage's Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, FL, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to join the Site Management Team. You will lead daily Group Living operations, ensure program adherence to Rite of Passage policies and all licensing requirements, and directly supervise at least two full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 3 years of juvenile treatment experience or related field.
• Must meet state licensing requirements in addition to ROP standards.

• Oversee daily management of Group Living operations.
• Ensure compliance with ROP policies and licensing requirements.
• Direct supervision of at least two full-time staff.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for youth.
