Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Georgia seeks a Residential Care Technician Lead for 2nd or 3rd shift to supervise staff, support daily living activities, monitor participants' progress, and sustain safety in a 24/7 residential trauma-responsive facility serving youth.

You will facilitate life skills groups, document progress, manage compliance, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure high-quality, ethical care while protecting confidentiality under HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Supervises Residential Care Technicians during shifts.
• Requires ability to mentor staff and provide guidance.
• Experience coordinating care in residential settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises RTCs during shift, providing clinical and administrative oversight.
• Assists with daily living activities and monitors participants in a 24/7 facility.
• Prepares progress records and reports changes to management.
• Facilitates life skills groups and promotes recovery and social skills.
• Ensures safety, confidentiality, and adherence to policies and HIPAA.
