Ozark Center, part of Freeman Health System, is hiring a Residential Psych Tech (RPT) to provide day-to-day care and supervision for children/residents within cottage-based treatment teams, supporting the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, a warm empathic attitude, and collaboration with staff. Overtime may be required; reports to the Cottage Supervisor.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with youth/children preferred.

Aufgaben

• Chart ongoing observations of residents and monitor behaviors.
• Supervise residents during wake-up, meals, recreation, counseling, education, and hygiene.
• Provide direct behavior observations and reinforce appropriate behaviors as prescribed by the cottage team.
• Participate in Team Meetings and contribute to evaluation and treatment plan progress.
