Freeman Health System, Ozark Center, is seeking a Residential Psych Tech (RPT) to support a cottage-based treatment team caring for children/residents. You will document observations, assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensure a safe, empathic environment aligned with trauma-informed care.

The role involves supervising daily activities, meals, recreation, and school-related needs, and collaborating with staff to progress treatment plans. Reports to the Cottage Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in group care or a professional setting with youth and children.

Responsabilités

• Charts all pertinent observations on residents and assists in implementing the treatment plan.
• Supervises and assists residents in wake-up, meals, recreation, counseling, education/vocation, daily routine and hygiene; enforces house rules.
