Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to lead a diverse program for students, promoting health and wellness through engaging activities and a structured recreation schedule. This role focuses on high-quality supervision, safety compliance, and collaboration with CPP, Social Development, and local partners to deliver evening programs.

You will mentor students, manage program logistics, maintain equipment, and ensure timely, accurate records of participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1 year related experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license and meet insurability requirements; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with a comprehensive recreation program and promote health and wellness.
• Mentor, monitor and model the Career Success Standards for the student population.
• Coordinate recreation activities with CPP and Social Development and with community resources.
• Maintain safety guidelines and document student participation.
• Ensure appearance and organization of recreation facilities and equipment.
