Job summary

Adams and Associates seeks a Senior Recreation Advisor at the Brunswick Job Corps Center in Brunswick, GA to design and implement a comprehensive recreation program promoting health and wellness among about 315 students. You will ensure safety, coordinate evening programming, and connect students with local resources to foster confidence and community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate of Arts degree, or one year of related experience working with youth.
• A valid in-state driver's license, meeting Company insurability requirements.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, or to assess a load and request assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse recreation program that appeals to students and coordinates with Career Preparation and Social Development.
• Promote safety, wellness, and equipment readiness across the center; manage inventory and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate staff coverage to supervise student areas and support Center program objectives.
• Model standards, mentor students, and collaborate with staff across departments.
