Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience with Job Corps or similar program preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate center activities to ensure a safe, structured, and supportive student environment.
• Work with staff to promote positive student behavior and engagement.
• Monitor campus safety, respond to incidents, and enforce policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop life and career skills.
• Collaborate with different departments to maintain a productive, goal-oriented atmosphere.
• Maintain equipment and facilities and assist with program development.
