Adams and Associates seeks a Safety & Security Advisor at the Brunswick Job Corps Center in Brunswick, GA. You will help maintain a safe living and working environment for students and staff, conduct security tours, respond to emergencies, and protect campus facilities and people.

This role requires dependability, strong observation, sound judgment, and respectful enforcement of center standards, contributing to a safe, supportive campus where students can succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license and meet insurability requirements.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or assess lift load and request assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure Center environment with routine security tours and visitor control.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective action.
• Monitor and supervise students and staff; provide respectful, accountable supervision.
• Model standards, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments.
