Adams and Associates, Inc. in Callicoon, NY seeks a Senior Recreation Advisor to lead student-focused recreation programs and supervise staff. The role focuses on building leadership, wellness, and positive community connections for ages 16-24.

As the Senior Recreation Advisor, you will coordinate daily activities, develop evening programs, and manage schedules while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and strong student outcomes. A valid NY driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of related experience working with youth.
• Must have valid in-state driver's license and be insurable.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and program-planning skills.
• Able to work with students aged 16-24 and staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of recreation program aligned to student interests and wellness.
• Develop and implement engaging recreation and leadership programs.
• Create and post weekly/monthly recreation schedules.
• Supervise recreation staff and coordinate coverage for safe activities.
• Partner with CPP, Social Development, Center staff, and community resources to expand opportunities.
• Promote health, wellness, and Career Success Standards.
