Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, implementing, and documenting recreation activities.
• Assess clients’ recreational needs and adapt activities accordingly.
• Support Recreation Manager in developing and modifying the recreation program.
• Implement activity programming according to schedule.
• Assist consultants and volunteers as needed.
• Coordinate with staff and residents to ensure safety and engagement.
• Maintain equipment and replenish supplies as needed.
• Provide input related to treatment planning and client needs.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education
