Job summary

The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe invites applications for a Youth Recovery Home Supervisor within the MIT Health Division. You will oversee residents, assess needs, monitor daily activities, and apply behavior modification techniques to support resident-plan goals.

This 24/7 residential program emphasizes a drug- and alcohol-free environment, positive transitions to independent living, and collaboration with schools, MCFS, courts, and treatment providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related behavioral science with two years youth residential treatment experience.
• Additional two years experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Training in childhood development, social services, child psychology, conflict resolution, behavior modification, milieu treatment, and chemical dependency.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the residents of the Youth Recovery Home and assesses their needs.
• Develops a behavioral level system to reinforce healthy behaviors.
• Provides life coaching and promotes independent living skills.
• Gives referrals to Licensed Mental Health and Chemical Dependency professionals when needed.
• Collaborates with schools, MCFS, court system, and treatment providers to support goals.
• Documents services and tracks resident progress toward goals.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality per policies and regulations.
